Since no one wants to respond to my question, why don't I rephrase it: How many of you felt that your colleges adequately prepared you to effectively manage student behavior? In my school, we had one lecture that was part of a teaching students with disabilities course. After beginning my teaching career in a rough urban school, I realized that my one course was not enough.
